" I brought my car in for a routine check-up (after recently buying a new set of tires from another company). Oswaldo found that the guys that installed my new tires, installed the tires incorrectly. For one, the guys managed to over-tighten one of the lug nuts on the front left tire. Oswaldo and his crew had to force the nut out of the thread. Fortunately, they attached a new thread, and everything was good to go! Oswaldo also noticed a loose part on the rear-right tire, which he tightened. If it hadn't been for Oswaldo, his crew, and their thorough inspection of my car, I don't know how safe I would have been on the road. Thanks, guys! "

Should I consider using synthetic motor oil?
The way synthetic runs in your car is worlds apart from conventional oil. Used motor oil shows a lot thicker and sludgy in conventional oil vs. synthetic oil, given the same amount of wear. Synthetic oil is by far better for performance. It protects the engine due to lower levels of friction. Additives help clean the engine of deposits. And, fewer impurities mean it burns cleaner, thickens far more slowly, and has fewer deposits to start. According to industry tests, synthetic oil engines perform 47% better than engines using conventional motor oil.

What parts should be replaced at what intervals?
Be sure to check your owners manual for a list of services to be performed on your vehicle at their respective interval. Typically around 120,000 miles some services include: spark plugs, decoupler pulleys, O2 sensors, A/C, belt tensioner, coolant, alignment, transmission fluid, filters, shocks & struts, brake fluid, and combustion chamber.
